Proud citizens, the results are in and I must commend you on your efforts! I here post the winners for all to see (authors' names appear below the images). Of course, the real winners are the citizens of City 17 — in the coming weeks, these posters shall multiply on street corners, on over-head screens and street billboards. Breen's feeble lies will be shattered by these new banners of truth! Contest winners have been e-mailed and will be shipped prizes after receiving delivery details. Once again, I must thank the fine folks out past Black Mesa East at Valve for the prizes and the many citizens from throughout the district who contributed.
