Has the avatar size been increased... because I just noticed that this person's avatar is 80x80.

I mean that it displays at 80x80 when he posts, but previously if you had a 80x80 avatar it would still be displayed as 64x64.
This is off topic but, whats that little thingy on the top part of your window? Some sort of enhancement? Whatever it is, can you point me in the right direction, i'm, always looking for crap to put on my desktop. ^.^
The little thingy is nView Desktop Manager interface controls. If you have nVidia drivers installed, go to Display Properties > Settings tab > advanced > (Your graphics cards name) tab.
Then you look for the list on the left and select "Desktop management", enable it. Then you can expand the Desktop management section, there's tons of stuff you can do in here. For the "Little thingy" I have. Scroll down to "User Interface" and you can enable/disable things that will appear on all windows, within that small thing.
At the moment I have enabled:
Full-Desktop maximise (I use it because I have 2 monitors thus if I want to just maximise a window to one monitor instead of both I press this button).
Next Display (It sends the window to the next monitor connected to your PC).
Collapse to title bar (It sort of minimises the window to just it's title bar at the top of your window).
nView Options (This is the greenish button, it has shows a drop down list with loads of options such as Transparency, Always on top and send to dekstops/monitors).
