Making a TV your Monitor without TV Out

I have a Dell computer that is good.

I have a Philips 30 Inch Widescreen TV that is good.

I want to use the TV as the monitor, so i can play games like Counter-Strike, HL2 and Doom 3 on my TV.

I looked and couldnt find a TV out on my Video card that came with the computer.

Is thier another way to do this, cause i dont have any other computers that can run HL2 with a TV OUT.

I heard that there was some kind of adapter your can connect your Moniter and TV with, but I havent found it. I made a post about this a month or two ago, try searching for it. There may be some answers.
