how do you change your ip address my brother was posting crap on the planethalflife forums and my ip got banned. Is there anyway to change it. I know there are ways I'm just not good at finding any lol

What kind of connestion do you have? Is your IP adress static? If not, all you have to do is disconnect and reconnect to the web.

You could also spend some time learning about proxy servers as well.

Ah, then I think you probably have a static ip adress...I never knew how to change those...

Just Google public proxy servers. It should teach you all you need to know.

In this case that you have a static IP address, you can either use proxies or cancel your current internet subscription and get a dynamic IP enabled internet connection in case you want to use the forum again. But think of that forums block a range of IPs or some time a single IP.

After all this check your new IP at Ip-Details.com . If you got a dynamic IP enabled internet connection then for every modem reset or disconnecting and reconnecting your internet connection will yield you a different IP.

Before creating a new account again read their terms & conditions well and follow it as far as possible.
