:whack What Does this mean "Invalid STEAM UserID Ticket"
All I am trying to do is set up a LAN at work and people connect and get this:
Client jRipper7723 connected (xx.xxx.xxx.xx:27005).
Dropped jRipper7723 from server
Reason: Invalid STEAM UserID Ticket

It ask for thier password and it still gives this error ?

If you're using the same account multiple times that could explain it. Otherwise I have no clue.

Go into steam folder, see the file ClientRegistry.blob? pwn the little b@stard into the recycle bin

The error should be gone, but you might need to do updates all over again. Doesnt take that long, but if the ClientRegistry.blob is like 200+kb it would take sometime. So its always best to delete it and start a fresh one (It will be created automatically when steam starts) once it reaches 200kb.

Most useless post ever

Anyway the "BLOB" file is the root of all evil. Delete it.
