vstdlib.dll missing

I haven't used STeam in a while, and when I get back - BAM - another crappy update from valve. Good intentions guys, but you gotta work it out a bit more.

I don't know about hl2.exe, BUT... I know my vstdlib.dll is missing in the SDK. This sucks. If anyone has there's, could they, maybe post it? Thanks
