WindowsBlinds (for the Mac skin), Konfabulator (for all those devices like the weather, picture frame, clock, etc), and ObjectDock for the Mac style Dock

And heres a run through of how I achieved the look:
-The widgets on the desktop are part of a program called Konfabulator. (http://konfabulator.com)
-The Mac OSX theme is from FlyaKiteOSX (http://flyakiteosx.com)
-The dock is Y'z Dock which is currently discontinued but I'm sure you can find it somewhere in the confines of the internet
