HAha, poor trooper, trying to keep this thread alive all by himself.
I'm going to see
NIGHTWISH, THE CARDIGANS (SWE), SANTIGOLD (USA), MICHAEL MONROE, ANTERO LINDGREN, MOONFACE WITH SIINAI (CAN/FIN), APOCALYPTICA, CHILDREN OF BODOM, CHISU, FINTELLIGENS, GG CARAVAN, HUORATRON, NOTKEA ROTTA, PALEFACE & RÄJÄHTÄVÄ NYRKKI, PARIISIN KEVÄT, PMMP, REGINA, RUUDOLF & KARRI KOIRA, SCANDINAVIAN MUSIC GROUP, STAM1NA, STIG, STOCKERS!
Lots of Finnish bands, of course, it being a festival in Finland. a lot of bands are crap, of course, I'm mostly going for the Cardigans.

Well this Maiden show was easily one of the best Maiden shows I've ever seen. They are re-doing (sort of) the 7th son tour or (Maiden England) for any Maiden fans out there. The band was on fire. It was hot as hell Friday night but it was all worth it in the end.
MAIDEN!!!MAIDEN!!!MAIDEN!!!

Just saw Zappa Plays Zappa. All I can say is go see them. Aaaaaand next week I'm seeing 60% of the last king crimson line up, that ought to be righteous.

Ahh, I just came back from the local philharmonic. It's good to get some real culture once in a while.
I'd forgotten how much of a boss Mussorgsky could be, and Rachmaninov's bells can take on AC/CD's hells bells any day imo.
