I saw Rusted Root last night. Probably one of the best concerts I've ever been to. They played for two and a half hours and everyone was just dancing and having a good time. It was amazing.

I really want to go to a Dream Theater concert this year. They're all I've been listening to for the past 5 months. They're saposed to be touring in the US in july/august after their new cd comes out and they tour in europe in june.

I love me some Volta and AoF.

Since AoF are Canadian they often perform shows here in Ottawa at little venues and such, so next time they're around I'll probably go see them.

I saw Roger Waters back in January. Only show I've ever been to so saying "Best. Show. Ever." is pointless, but at the moment I don't see how anything else could live up to it... maybe definitely Rammstein.

You wont be disappointed with Waters - pigs, astronauts, explosions, and almost every member of his band (possibly all) sings at some point, so there's a lot of talent there but don't try to compare it to David Gilmour or Pink Floyd like all the journos here did.

Here is my great list, though i won't be going to all of them

March 1 - Roseland ballroom NYC - Dragonforce
March 26 - Gramercy Theater NYC - Dark Tranquillity
April 1 - BB King's NYC - 1349
April 26 - Nokia Theater NYC - Dimmu Borgir
May 25 - BB King's NYC - Symphony X
June 1 - BB King's NYC - Emperor
July 13 - BB King's NYC - Immortal
Sept 20 - BB King's NYC - Finntroll
Sept 30 - BB King's NYC - Sonata Arctica

i've got my Immortal ticket, def going to see 1349, Dimmu and Finntroll too, other dates are pending on if i have the cash. i saw dragonforce 2 times already so its no big deal plus i don't wanna deal w/the KSE fans.

yeah living near NYC is awesome pretty much...
