Who the ******* plays HL2DM anymore? that was the biggest piece of ******* I ever played. A realistic looking game where it takes 314097 shotgun blasts to the skull to down a single enemy is not, nor has it ever been fun.

I hear ya. I stopped playing after they "toned down" the .357 magnum damage. That was way back in '04. I love the 'one shot, one kill' games. Especially 'License to Kill' for GoldenEye. I was pretty much unstoppable with the RC-P90..

@ Brumi - I would chip in, but I live in the Americas :/

Thank you all for your willingness to contribute.

I won't ask you to pay for half the price, EatChildren, I'll split the bill evenly between all who want to contribute, I think about 4-5 people so far have offered to help with financing so it should end up being very cheap for everyone.

I'm having some paypal troubles atm, but I'll contact you all for payment details.

Set up a PayPal Brum. I can donate ~AU$20 a month, which should cover about half the server cost.

:mad you send me half of that amount for my services...

:whack Configuring a server is hard...damn, I hate being a newb at stuff...

So we have one custom map, but it won't download off the server, so you'll all have to download it from here, manually:

Also, I'm having trouble adding admins, but it's no biggie, it 's still playable for everyone.
I should have it all fixed in a few millenia.

EDIT: all fix0red now

It's located in London, so it's mainly focused towards European gamers, sorry Amis and Aussies.

Just FYI: I'm keeping some...uh, "things"...in the rocket in Dustbowl. I'd appreciate it if you stayed away. Or else I'd have to kill you. Seriously.
