I already beat Dark Souls. Wish I could be playing Batman, but I haven't been able to afford a copy yet. I'm a little behind, my newest game is Dead Island.

Saints Row The Third is a pretty cool game. I got the first one when it first came out and it tried to copy GTA too much and didn't do it as well. I didn't even try the second one, although I heard it was better and they started to embrace the wacky aspects, and this one is completely nuts, which is awesome.

I would like Saints Row if the shooting weren't such horrible bland shit. Since they can't add gibbing, because that would make consoles collapse on themselves (remember: Saints Row is an open world game), they could, at the very least, make the weapons not feel or sound like water guns. After all, shooting people is what you do throughout 80% of the 20-30 hours it takes to beat each game.
Saints Row 2 had the best balance between over the top and realism, 3 just goes straight into the over the top lol so randum IT'S ZANY!!! XD manchildren and teenagers like in general. The only thing about 3 that I found funny was Professor Genki.

Eh, Saints Row 3 is my most disappointing game of the year. There's just no sense of progression or involvement in the world, and lots of fun cut out.
SR2 hit the sweet spot between GTA boredom and complete silliness, it's one of my favourites games.
