Well it's not like that Interplay was looking healthy enough to finish it. I'm not really sure what to expect from that place anymore.

tablets are not a gaming platform, even iphone and 5" smartphones would be better to play on. The problem with tablets is that they are a pain to hold over long periods of time and will hurt your wrists. Its a terrible interface for anything that requires more than 1 finger.
I love my tablet for quick internety stuff, or drawing with the stylus, but even I admit that doing anything like gaming or work wise is pretty useless.
When you start adding weird components to enable you to play, you ultimately get back to a DS type or underpowered laptop equivalent system for twice the price.

I 20 bucks? no, probably not, 5-10 I'd say, there are much better games to get for 20.
DNF is a bad game, riddled with poor humour (as opposed to the funtimes of duke3D), and almost constant terrible design choices.
Still, it was the most enjoyable FPS I played last year (DX:HR doesn't count), but I don't like FPSs anymore anyway.

Would I at least enjoy my disgust at the humor and gameply? The swollen lymph-nodes in my face are telling me to get DNF to cure my boredom.

Want a cure for boredom for 20 bucks? Get Trine or Trine 2 off steam, hell, get both, you'll come under budget and have a swell time, onion's word of honour.
