Urgh in single player the quick time events literally don't work with a controller... why did they bother putting in controller support and the completely half arse it.

The better question is why are you using a controller? And the best question is why haven't you set up a HLF platoon?!? Wasn't it you who set the beta platoon up?

EDIT: I added my Origin name to my signature. I also went through the last couple pages and added those who gave their Origin names. Pweeze be my fwiend

EDIT: Found some old Arma 2 friends on BF3 and played for the last few hours with them. Good times. This game is intense.

Finished the SP. I don't get why people are whining about it? It's like the same stuff that has been seen in CoDs and people love those? I liked it and the animations were awesome.

Time for some MP then, unless it crashes on me :f

Well I don't know about "people" who love CoD. I find CoD to be boring to the extreme.

It makes me sad that a such a terrible game gameplay-wise is the benchmark which everyone is trying to copy. Even if they make a good copy...it's still shit.

But you know how opinions are like assholes, everyone has one and they all stink.

I find it more comfortable to sit back with a controller and it just feels better moving around with the sticks than pressing wasd. I'm also getting irritated by people asking why I use a controller, I don't know why people feel the need to ask every time. :wack:

And as I said I am playing the single player before I go on multiplayer and no I didn't set the beta platoon up, I just joined a hlfallout one.

Because it's weird as hell to play shooters on the PC with a controller. :D

To me the pc is just like a console, but the games are cheaper and I can play them with better graphics, I just want to enjoy playing it, i get why in multiplayer it is not as great but I find moving around easier even if aiming is a little harder.

And some games just have shit controls for the keyboard.

Sort of understand that. It's more relaxed to play with a controller, since you can probably play on a couch or bed or whatever. But for the competitive gaming, like BF3 MP, keyboard and mouse is the way to go, even if you have to sit in a little uncomfy position.

I'm sorry :(

You're right about movement with the controller, I do like that better.

I just had the best round of my life and then my connection timed out. God damn it.

No hard feelings, was in a bad mood yesterday, but after playing some multiplayer with the controller I think I'm going to have to switch to kb and mouse... missed so many opportunities to kill people... unless early weapons aren't very accurate because I could have sworn my aim was pretty good on them.
