Trailer for the Strike at Karkland DLC. I had so much fun in the Fallout Squad, I can't wait for these maps again.

BC2 loading times were horrendous, I was always last in to a new round by far but then AMD released updated drivers which somehow decreased them loads and I was then always first in. Hopefully something similar will happen with BF3.

There's a new browser plugin. Only difference I can see is there's more server browser filter options such as game size and they've added a couple more to the free slot options.

There's a queue available for full servers too (some don't have it yet because they haven't updated their servers).

Load times are pretty fast for me (minus the first game loadup)...I guess having that quad core is finally comming in handy :3

or the 8 gigs of ram ._.

I am also using the latest BETA Drivers for my AMD/ATI 5850 i think its Version 3 (prob their might even be a 4 by now) You can download them by going to ATi's website and go to the drivers section and the hotfixes.

15 moneys DLC for 4 maps, and 3 vehicles...YYEEEAAAAAAAH! Capitalism!

If you buy it, you're part of the problem.

I'm not accepting donations to go build a time machine to 10 years ago, when maps were free.

It's free with the LE which costs the same as the non-LE. Not sure how it can be justified at 15 (wasn't BC2 Vietnam only 10 and it was original content), but not sure why anyone would get the non-LE either.

BC2 Vietnam was $20 when it was released IIRC.

$15 is a bit much - I'd say $5 or maybe $10 would be OK; Valve's model has shown at $5 they'd sell more and make their money anyway.

But seeing as I pre-ordered it like all the cool kids I don't give a crap.

Because Battlefield 3 is gonna bet milked to all shit since they know its better then Cod:3 Multiplyer

true in PC world it won't hold up that well, but in the land of mommy and daddy got 10-20 bucks console land it will cash in.

Glad i preordered....cough LE edition (i mean seriously if you preordered and didn't get this edition wtf was the point of preordering?)

Hardly being extorted when it's the same price.

That's the whole point. They sell an unfinished game to the masses, and ask for extra money to get the full game.

This is too much of an established trend for people not to get mind, I say.

Enhanced destruction? Hope that means they're going back to BC2 destruction, since the destruction in BF3 is pretty mediocre if you ask me.

with games costing millions to make, i would guess the regular prices may be subsidized and expect to recoup alot of the losses with the support from the marks... err... fanbase... paying extra for DLC
