Pretty interesting to see some of the cut content from mp3... Wish they used the original models from mp1+2 rather than their terrible remade ones.

That original red tropical shirt Max wore in the early version is something Serrano wears instead during that on-rails boat chapter if I'm not mistaken.

The emphasis on cover in 3 made me realize how much better 2 is.

You don't need to use cover at all in 3 if you have a good grip on what gives you bullet time or how the enemy AI works. Only Hardcore difficulty requires it.

But yeah 1 and 2 are way better.
