Do we have to pay for new game modes like Co-op?
Because i will pirate that shit otherwise obviously.

This is retarded. How do we start preloads remotely? I'm going to have to start this one from work.

Leave your computer and steam on then go on the steam website at work and I think you go to the community section and on your profile it should give you the option to download things... not sure if you can start a preload from the browser though :/

Edit: Preload is now available... they left it a little late

Super slow though, as you would expect. Should be ready for tomorrow after work I hope! :D

Edit: It's actually not too bad, like 400-800 KB/s. Could get ten times that, but oh well :P. Damn huge game is huge.

I think I did it from my phone using the app and it says I have 3 items on my PC paused, but when I click to see what they are, it just tells me The Witcher 2: Enhanced Edition. Ugh...maybe I can go back home since the entire system is down at work and I can't do anything.

Can someone tell me how big the preloaded files are when it's finished? I want to prepare myself on not being able to play it for *this many hours* since I'll have to start downloading it when I get home from work tomorrow morning. Which will be after it's released.

Preloading now 1.5MBPS-2MBPS off the Miami server

Says its 29,148.3MB in total size So 29.1483 GiGs of Data

Steam is saying for me atleast it comes out in 12hrs, and its 12:48pm soooo Maybe i was wrong about Valve waiting till whatever time to relase it.

I just came home and am starting the preload now.

2 mbps and it says it will be ready in 4 hours. Why did the download calculator say 37 hours for 2 mbps? That thing is retarded.

No, the extra painkillers are just that, extra painkillers. There's a game mode that lets you use them, I think it's the one where one person is max and the rest have to kill them. GUI could prolly tell you more about it.

And thanks Wibbles, that's what I was afraid of. I could start pre-loading it now on my laptop but getting everything to my desktop would be a pain in the ass.

Lol, except i I wouldn't be able to play it until after midnight anyways.

EDIT . . . I find their lack of originality for naming the achievements disturbing. Literally all of them are quotes from MP1 and MP2.
