So Thief 4 was announced today, much to the dismay of people who hate incredible video game franchises. We have absolutely no information to go on, but that is no reason not to be absolutely ******* ecstatic... For the next 3 years or so.
At the very least, we won't be limited by the Xbox's hardware like Thief 3 this time around. The 360 is a pretty capable machine.

Theif 3 was rad. Screw the haters.
Hopefully they pull this off. I'll be pissed if they try and do a franchise cash-in, making it a more 'cinematic' and 'epic' game rather than the stealth godlike awesome it has been so far.
Also, Thi4f is the most retarded name ever. Since when does 4 = e?

Aye. First time I didn't finish it because IIRC it seemed too long, or the story itself developed too slowly perhaps. But then when I finished it I was really glad that I did. Definitely looking forward to more Thief.

I loved the last Thief game, but the bit in the park where the gargoyle statue thing turned its head freaked me out the first time because I didn't see it happen and wasn't certain if it had happened...mindf***
