Kotor, the best game ever made by anyone who is not valve, will not work! AAAAAAAAAARRRGGGHHHHHHHH!!!
Compatibility mode didn't help either!
My Life is in shambles!

(on a sidenote, "hardware check failed. warning: ATI radeon 9200 128MB VRAM recommended, your specs: 4096 VRAM" :zombieattack )

EDIT: I found some workarounds, it runs fine now, crisis averted :D

FarCry does not work in windows 7.
Biosock 2 does not work in Win 7
Quake 4 is not supposed to work but if you can install it it will work for the most part.
Fallout 3 has trouble running in 7,
So does the new AvsP game.

Bioshock from STEAM works perfectly.
Prey works real well.

By the way the new HL2 updates are a little buggy and the multicore function totally doesn't work in 7

Bioshock 2 works great on my Windows 7 and so does the multicore function in HL2. Haven't played any of the other games on Windows 7.

Uhhh, Bioshock 2 works absolutely fine, as does fallout 3, AvsP and the multi-core function in HL2. I don't own farcry so I can comment there but I have everyone one of those games and they work fine in Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

I'd say Diablo 2 doesn't work in Win 7, but technically it does. It just takes alot of tweaking, and still doesn't really work very well. I wish it would work better. :phew:

OK let me stand corrected. I guess it's just SLI rigs that don't work with Bioshock2.
As for the rest they are definitley buggy in win 7. =P
*edit*
OK, so I got a little frustrated with so many features not working on my rig, which is a pretty decent setup.
i7 920 oc from 2.6 to 3.3
6 gb of DDR 3 triple channel.@1500
2x 250 gts oc to 777 gpu and 1200 mem
X-Fi titanium
Win 7 64.

It turns out that when the Multicore is turned on SLI totally ****s everything up, so yes the SOURCE Multicore does work like a charm, but I still disable it because I get better performance when in SLI mode.

I wonder how long SLI will last at this point.

I've played Fallout 3 and Diablo 2 plenty on Windows 7 without any problems. In fact, I've only had trouble with one game out of a TON on Windows 7 that worked under XP, and that's Battlefield 2142, which wouldn't even load a level.
