The new forums look pretty interesting...

But is there any chance I can change my name back to Corsair?

Why did you change your name? You would have to be an idiot to change it...

Hehe...

I want to change it back to normal because I didn't come up with such great ones as 'carrot' or 'cheesy buttseks' oh snap cheesy butseks is a new one!

Yea I was assuming this new board can do it, just it wasn't turned on due to the above reasons...

Just wondering if a mod can change it to Korsair :8

Haha, I remember when City17 had that bug that entitled him to 999999999999 name changes every 6 seconds, instead of 6 changes every 999999999999999 seconds :zombieattack

This is weirder than weird... yesterday, I found the menu to change display names, and now...I can't find it anywhere anymore.
Maybe Mutley deleted the option for whatever reason.

EDIT: I just checked, Mutley indeed deleted this option, saying "People need to stick with what they want"

I guess you can PM Mutley, Korsair, to get your name changed.

Yeah good times! Should have done something funnier with it... or never told anyone!

But yeah PMing Mutley will get your answer.

Dedicated members with over a certain post count (say... 1998, for the year HL came out or something like that) should have extra features, which should include changing your name. It would be a nice gift to established members. But, you would need a limit on that feature. Say... only one name change within 90 days or something like that. Not sure if that's at all possible, but if it is, it's an idea. Do with it what you will.

I think that name changes should be allowed, but with a time limit of 90 days or so.

Same goes for sex changes.
