While at first I wasn't really looking towards getting this, after learning more and more about it I can conclude i'm defiantly not getting this.
It seems to me at least that apple not including flash was a bigger mistake for them than adobe, as I don't really see the point in getting a smaller "computer" that can't use flash.
Feels like Sony's PS3 debacle.

I'm probably going to wait for version 2, still really tempted to get it as soon as it comes out though.

I hate the whole version system for existing products by apple. I had a I touch 1G for a while now, but do I have to buy a 3G full value for the latest version? Or is it possible to pay to upgrade it or something?
I really do not like any of the things apple does, and if it wasn't for developers jail breaking it and finding a way out of the payment to actually upgrade ipod touch firmware, I would probably never have bought an apple product again.

its only the iPod touch that you have to pay for the firmware, its not that much anyway... just £7 or something. The app store and everything didnt exist when the 1g came out so I dont see it as been that big a deal to pay to get the new features.
