Hello. I would like to inform you that HLFallout has changed its policy. It is no longer safer here. We have implemented something called the "Randomized Jolting Apparatus". What it does is randomly select a user on these forums, and jolt their testicles. This is done by HLF sending a signal to your computer for it to send out electrified nodes that automatically latch onto your testicles and send send 50,000 volts racing through your scrotum.
