$10 says it goes 3rd person as an action RPG hybrid.

HAHA no. I highly doubt it. My concerns goes mainly to the gameplay. If you look at Deus Ex it had alot of content, ALOT. So what new content can they bring to the table to make Deus Ex 3 better than the 1st? I mean really, what could they add to deus ex 3 to make it better than the 1st?

The one thing I really really liked about it was that the game was SO long but didn't feel nearly long enough. You had to play more, you had to do the side quests you had to do things over again because they change.

I know it's about a decade late for spoiler tags but all this hype might spark some new interest, don't wanna ruin it :)

I loved the first two Deus Ex games. I just hope square enix don't inject any final fantasy gameplay or any other japanese styles in to one of my best loved game franchises.

wat

You do realise that this isn't the 90s and Square Enix is now a huge publisher with games ranging from Supreme commander 2 to Just Cause 2?

Yes I do know that, but I hate final fantasy and they games they have developed. So as long as they do not have a hand in making the game and just publishing it and creating the CG sequences then it should be okay hopefully.

Hell yeah! I'm really looking forward to Deus Ex 3. I've only played the first game, which I absolutely love. The new E3-trailer does look promising so I'm really eager to get my hands on this game.

That's actually what they've been tasked with.

EDIT: They do suffer aesthetic discontinuity, though. Screens have shown one hell of an advanced world. Odd transport, high tech cities.
They seem to put more aesthetics's in there from cyberpunk in general, than from the original DX. Of course they can do a lot more with graphics than they could with the original.

Trailer was ****ing awesome. The music went perfectly with it.

I really hope it's even nearly as good as the first. It would be awesome if they put as much player influence into it as Alpha Protocol.
