I just can't read the title of this game without the extra "n" in there.

"Out this year" they say... I can't help but be dissapointed. the longest running joke in gaming, the epitomy of vaporware, a holy icon...and if it indeed does come out, it'll all boil down to an immensely underwhelming game.

I think I'd be more disappointed just for the fact that it came out, regardless of whether it is good or not.

Also does anyone actually believe it will work this time around?

Well there is hope that it will indeed be good. Remember it has now been worked on by Gearbox who are a lot more competent than 3D Realms.

3DRealms had already completed 90% of the game when development ceased.

Also, a lot of 3DRealms employees work at Gearbox.

The quality blows, but this is the first time the public has gotten a chance to play it. Hey GUI, I see it has one of your favorite gameplay features, "Regenerating Health". I changed the topic title after I found this article.

It doesn't have regenerating health, it has the same EGO health from Duke Nukem Manhattan Project.

You kill enemies and regain EGO health.
