Hi! I'm here because I have a technical support problem.
I seem to have lost my account credentials except for my username, and I am furious. So, I clicked on "Lost Password" and it redirected me to a message that said "Check your email for a message sent". So I checked my email and it wasn't there. I went on the Steam Support website to enter a question. I waited a day or so, and I still didn't get the email. I'm angry!
If you have ever experienced this problem or have resolved it, please reply a message on this topic and vote in the poll.

hi.
welcome to hlfallout. are you sure you're checking the same email account that you used for signing up on steam? also, steam support gets tons of complaints everyday. give them at least 5 business days before you start getting angry.
also, stick around the site. don't let this be your only post. we could use some more activity here.

I even entered my email in the Support section. It's just ridiculous, but you are right: They have a LOT of complaints every single day.

Who exactly are you angry at? You're the one who lost your login info...
I'm sure they'll get back to you soon enough, with millions of users, they can'T do everything in an instant.
Check to see if your contact email on the Steam site is the right one, and if you still don't receive an email in a few days, try again.

Also, signatures are limited to one 400x80 pixels, 60kb image max.

The "Lost Password" system has been broken for years, if you give me your old username I'll try and find it and change the password to whatever you want just makes sure you PM me the Username and Password you wish to use.

The lost password function is broken like everything else in HLFallout. I got lucky and managed to contact Mr Bond to have my password reset back in 2007.

Also include your social security and credit card numbers, just in case.
