I've overcome my laziness and have finally made the tread I wanted.

Now that Team Fortress 2 finally has the trading system, let's keep this the thread for discussing trades.
Don't let this turn into the Steam Forum's trading subforum full of noobs wanting awesome stuff for lame stuff.
Maybe this guide will help you create a good trade.

Good example of a trade request: Anyone want to trade an Officer's Ushanka for a Towering Pillar of Hats? Here's my steam id <insert link to steam profile here>
Bad example of a trade request: hey I have a ghastly gibus. would any1 pleeze trade for a Towering Hats thing? I'll be your bff! :) :) oh btw my steam usernm is <insert username here. including the username is optional>

Also, know that purchased items and some limited availability items are not currently tradeable.

Could this be stickied and become and official thread?

I wants Procedural Mask for the Medic! I'd buy it myself, but it's not in the store. :< Valve can have some of my money for all the free stuff they've added to TF2.

If anyone has it, I'd trade the Worms Helmet with either the Bonk Helmet or the Respectless Rubber Glove.

another idea, just give people a link to your tf2 backpack and let them see if there's anything they want to trade.

I actually organize mine, so the second page is all the extra stuff I won't ever use ingame and that I'll trade and craft with. Not to say I won't ever trade anything on the first page, but the trade has to be REALLY good. Especially for hats. I hardly EVER find hats.

yea, some people weren't in on that halloween special though and didn't get the gibus

I just got a box, but I don't have a key and I'm not sure if I want to buy one... So I am willing to trade it. Something as simple as a crit'a'cola will do!:D
