also, i may even trade my awesome soldier's stash if anyone will give a worthy hat in exchange.
edit: the backpacks i've seen so far that have been posted on this thread don't seem to have a lot of good stuff. don't you guys play tf2 much?
edit 2: brumi i want that lumbricus lid!
edit 3!: crafting stuff from the polycount pack is pretty easy: http://www.tf2items..../blueprints.php
you usually just need 1 reclaimed metal and something like a backburner or direct hit. basically the somewhat better versions of your slot 1 default weapons.
edit 4: crazy forum bug? i'm seeing html tags in my post!

<div>update: this kind of sucks-both players need to be in tf2 to trade. why couldn't they have it so that if the other player isn't in tf2, you can still send a trade request and the other player will see the request when he runs tf2.</div><div>now inimitable and I both need to set up a time to trade because of this problem. what happens if the person you want to trade with is in a totally different time zone?&nbsp;</div>

forum bug is really getting me down. i can see html tags in my post. i've created a new post so that my previous post won't get messed up even more with edits.
the problem seems to be happening whenever someone edits their post. as you can see in my post above.

I don't wish to derail this thread, but I have a question regarding hats. Do you find them randomly, in addition to being able to craft them? I've never found a hat before, and I play a lot of TF2. Also, when you fabricate a class headgear (with 4 metal and a class token), do you get to choose the hat or is it a random class hat?

randomly finding hats is pretty rare but it is possible. that's how i got my awesome Ushanka. Also, when you fabricate headgear, it's also random. You never get to chose.
