Lol, pretty damn weird indeed. I get the same error message when my internet isn't working, so I'm honestly baffled you're able to login with a different account.

I guess all you can do is sit and wait, or maybe add a reply to your Support Ticket about wanting a reply from them as soon as possible, seeing as you now can't use any of the games you bought.

Reinstalling Steam probably didn't help? I suppose you tried that already. Like remove it fully and then install again. Maybe try on another computer as well?

Actually, I haven't tried that yet, but I'm starting to think someone hijacked my account or something. Argh :/

Trying it now. I even tried retrieving the password in case the password has somehow changed, but it keeps telling me the Steam servers can't handle my request right now (like after I enter the verification code and secret answer).

UPDATE: Okay. Valve/Steam support came through. Apparently it was hijacked or something, but they have reset my password and secret answer.

On a side note: I tried checking out my account on steamcalculator, and apparently I've been a member since the early 1970's ;P

76561197960977425 is your Steam ID? No wonder it's not working, Valve probably banned you thinking you're a spambot. :P

Glad to hear it's working again and maybe be a little bit more patient next time, before calling the support really bad?

In all honesty, I probably would've been super pissed if I didn't get a response within 24 hours, but it's good to point the finger at someone else. ;p

Well, I mean they came through and all, but they were a bit slow. All is well that ends well, right? Hmmm... Spambot? Is that why I can't see my proper details? I'm rather curious as to how that might have happened...

Update: Just googled the problem and I need to create a custom URL
Update 2: Argh apparently it doesn't work for older users or something. I've been a member of Steam since 2003 something.
Update 3: I found a solution. You just need to make a custom URL with older accounts. http://www.steamcalc.../kingbendico/eu

My steam calculated

Yeah, and it's very strange. It also seems to have something to do with your "local currency" (even though we don't have the euro€ in Denmark since Denmark opted not to be in the eurozone in the 1992 Edinburgh agreement, see: http://en.wikipedia....wiki/Eurozone). If you choose US$, and you've used euro€ for your purchases, it will not be able to calculate all your purchases and date of registration. Also, when I look at some of the readable files in the Steam folder it would seem as if I registered 01-01-1970 which is obviously a mistake. A few months back I upgraded to Windows 7 (64 bit) and did a fresh install of everything on my PC, so I'm assuming it's a bug that is an integral part of Steam accounts created before 2004 as far as I can see.
