Just finished it. Compared to all the other single player Valve endings, it gets about a 4 out of 10.

I JUST WANT SOMETHING ELSE TO TIE IT TO HL2 ARRRFGGGHHHH

On you're one of those.

Yeah, it's all hats, decals and other cosmetics. There's no locked playable content, and like TF2 I doubt there ever will be.

Awesome game. Just finished it and the song at the end is awesome, but not as good as Still Alive.

And to those complaining about Robot Enrichment: if you don't like the collection aspect, don't do it. Nobody's forcing you to pimp your robot.

Can you give your robot in co-op a pimp hat or a sombrero.

This is important.

I don't think so. Valve has failed you.

Finished SP and coop yesterday (with Mikeando). Good stuff! I'd say I probably enjoyed coop more than SP even though I was really tired (I think we were done at around 4:20am, lol). Some of the puzzles were very challenging! Ending songs weren't as good as Still Alive, hence I think Portal 1 was more memorable for me. Definitely some good improvements. Gels give me a headache though.

Up to chamber 7, good game so far but what the chuff is wrong with the settings, I don't want to be forced to read an explanation of each setting when trying to change them.

I am a little annoyed I can't interact with stuff. This is a Source game, is it not? Why can't I throw chairs?

Overall, though... Pretty damn good. Not disappointed.

What especially strikes me as odd, is that in some areas you can interact with stuff like chairs and keyboards but in other areas not. :|

EDIT:
They decoded one of those transmissions and this came out: lulz

By 'nuke' they mean meltdown of your computer's cores. Chernobyl was just the alpha test of Crysis.

It's proably so you can't break the game by flinging objects around the place, climb on them etc.

I did manage to circumvent the expected solution to a puzzle by using a wall camera to block a laser though :P

2/3rd's through....going to finish off the single player game. Pretty polished, funny game so far... :D

Any 1 try co-op yet?

Brumi and I played through some of the coop.

He was on PC and I was on PS3.

Just have to say that the steam compatibility on PS3 is in-fucking-credible. Everything that you know from steam is on PS3 but the store. If more companies start packing in steamworks like this in their games I may start buying PS3 multi-platform games instead of buying them on 360. I'm not even joking when I say the steam support here is about 100x better than stock PSN. Shared friends list, cross platform gameplay, AND it handles all the voice chat through steam automatically. I can't say enough how blown away I was when I hit invite to game on brumi and we were playing within seconds.

It just works and is awesome.

Also the actual coop game is great but you NEED to beat the SP before hopping into coop.

Speaking of which we should crank your steam chat mic sensitivity. It plays better over the live stream with your voice coming out of my audio + my direct feed mic on me.

Just finished the single-player today. I liked it.

The ending however, I was a little disappointed in. I was waiting to leave the facility to see the outside world and it actually managed to tell us less than the first game did. The ending gave no indication of when it took place or what the out-side world was like. With the harbor and such, it made little to no sense for the facility to be anywhere near a field. I think they could have given us a more interesting vista to see as a visual pay-off for beating the game, ala HL2:Ep1.

The lack of Half-Life references disappointed me as well, but not as much. I understand they want to keep them separate, despite them being within the same universe. I just thought they could have done more with it, without confusing the non-HL fans.
