Can't seem to get the game to work. I have it downloaded, I think I have meet all the system requirements.
It seems to start ok, the crashes when it loads -- it makes it to "Global Intialization" when it stops and I get an error message
"Arsenal of Democracy has stopped working"
"Windows has encountered a problem and will close the program"
Any ideas?

Have you tried to verify the integrity of the game cache? Right click on the game, select properties, then it's one of the tabs in there.

Tried that, also unistalled and reinstalled through steam, no joy.
Ugh
Steam Help is useless
