A few days ago I was looking through steam's specials section and came across fallout new vegas, and red orchastra. I looked at FNV first and decided i might buy it. Then I looked at red orchastra just to see what it was like. I accidently clicked continue before i could put in my valid birthday for the age verification and it percieved me as being younger than 18. I tried to go to the fallout page and it wouldn't let me in, and i figured that the problem would blow over and it would allow me to put in my real birthday before the sale was over (meaning the next day like a lot of sites do). I waited a day and the problem hadn't blown over. I emailed valve and sent them a long email explaining my problem, and a picture of my games library as proof of my purchases of other M rated games. I waited a few days, and havn't gotten a response from them, and I am still locked out of buying M games. Fallout and it's DLCs are now 50 and 66% off and I really want to buy them since I am low on cash. What do you guys think I should do? I sent valve another email explaining that my problem hadn't been fixed and that the sale is now higher.

Accidental age verification on steam

Normally if you log out it forgets the age stuff, did you try the page on a web browser rather than inside steam because every time I have been asked my age it always forgets on there. If that doesn't work try asking a friend to gift you it.
