i need help contacting steam and changing my email address for steam but i don't remember my account name or password how can i change it

i went there but they ask for your account name which i don't no and it would send an email to a a non accessible email account

thats a tough one, you dont know your account and you cant retrive from your email account, you essentially have blocked access to your own steam account. Unless you can prove to them with a proof of receipt, or online back account transaction, you are pretty much toast.

Steam support uses different accounts than Steam does, so you can just make a new account there and send a support ticket to Valve. Their answer might take a couple of days depending on the amount of tickets they are having at the moment.
