From a cost standpoint would it be better to bump up the power supply and add another GTX260, or sell them and buy a better video card?
My current build.
Asus rampage II extreme
6gb dominator
corei7 920 + coolermaster v8
(2) evga gtx260 in SLI
Corsair 600watt psu

Just blow out the dust with a compressor or something??
I think your PSU is good enough to handle a nice Nvidia or ATi direct-x 11 card.
Don't know what's really hot these days, I recently bought an MSI HD5850 for a nice price (€150, and now at the same shop the card is still availible but for €255
and it performs really well (only sometimes you can hear the capacitors squeel, heard that's a common problem with some of those cards)
I think you should go for a nice 570GTX, those cards are availible from 2Gb till 3gb memory, or a HD6970.
So I say ditch the SLI and go for a nice next-gen GFX card !

Before you buy anything, check how much power it draws. You'll probably be fine with 600 watts, but that's something you definitely wanna check up on beforehand.

SLI setups are useless at the moment and will be for the remainder of this console generation. Don't bother.

What resolution do you play at?

AND FOR INFORAMTION
SLI/Crossfire is a nice if you have a big ass monitor.
Most of the time the nextgen single card is that of the old gen in Crossfire/SLI or at least 45% close.
Though i am thinking abnout trying to find another 5850 or 6850 for crossfire might be cheaper then buying a new card...sometimes.
