Half-Life Fallout: Steam Gaurd - Half-Life Fallout

I was hoping someone here might be able to give me some help. I recently installed steam on my new computer and tried to log into my account. I got a message stating that I needed to verify my account with steam guard using a code that would be sent to my email account. The problem is that the email account I have with steam was set up when I was in high school. That was years ago and I don't even remember the address. I was wondering how I would go about getting my new email account information to steam so they could send me the verification code.

I already submitted the question to their support staff but I was curious if there was a quicker and easier way to go about this.

other than maybe looking through your computer to see if the email address is written down somewhere I'd say steam support would be your best bet.
