I like the effort in hiding the main characters face in the helicopter shot.

GTA:IV needed a new computer... hopefully this time they will do a proper port, I still can't play gta iv at any decent settings... even if I get a new computer it would probably still run like crap.

I assume GTA V will have about the same kind of requirements than GTA IV (same engine?), so you should be good.

There's a small chance it'll even run better, since the Episodes From Liberty City run better for me than vanilla GTAIV.

Screenshots look nice but nothing particularly too interesting. I guess they're waiting until the last minute to release a lot of information about the game. It's nice seeing the San Andreas setting with modern graphics. I'm sure the game mechanics will be phenomenal. Kind of like San Andreas but on a larger scale. Car customization, character customization, etc. Let's just hope the game itself is optimized for PC (fat chance). I hope they release the PC version at the same time as the consoles. They have a tendency to release it like a year later from the consoles.

I think GTA doensn't like ATI cards that much, I used higher settings (and a little lower framerate) on my old budget Geforce, than on my mid/high-range ATI.

For good performance turn off shadows, night-shadows & reflection. Especialy reflection helps alot.

I've updated the first post with new features and screenshots from the gameinformer article and added the official screenshots too.

I always think that rockstar will disappoint with gta but every time I end up loving the game... never got round to playing much of the dlc episodes though because of how poorly optimised the pc version is.

This game is going to be sex. Just look at those graphics. I love everything I've heard about this game.

I don't think its going to be much of a problem. They said there will be more things to spend your money on. I think there is going to be a trading system/ black market where you can buy and sell. If you are able to pull a heist anytime then maybe you can sell items that you have stolen. There will be a way to spend your money as that was the problem with GTA IV where people had plenty of money and nothing to spend it on. Buying property I think during the setting of where the economy isn't good is strange.
