Been playing for 10 hours now.
The world is believable, the characters finally look good, third person mode looks good, inventory is nifty, the caves aren't made by random_dungeon_generator.exe and there's a fuckton to do.
It's not as good as Dark Souls (obviously) but a lot better than Oblivion (which i also liked)

I bought it for 360 - dutchland breaks streetdates often.

Eeeeeh... are you sure? ^^ I thought you DL'd it because it's already out for PS3/Xbox 360 in a few illicit places on the interwebz, and it's not out for the PC yet, and why would anyone buy Skyrim for the consoles?! O_o
Well, kudos if you purchased it. I've always tried to persuade GameStop/EB Games's employees into selling me games two or three days before release, and to give me a 15-25% employee discount (and it's really nice of them to type it in as purchased two or three days later since officially they are not allowed to sell it before the release date).
PS: You know what... you just gave me an idea. I'm heading down to Blockbuster to see if I can persuade the 18-year-olds there to sell me the game before release.

Because i felt like chillin' behind my TV for 80 hours this time.
That, and i don't trust devs to give special care to PC ports at all anymore.
The last few games i'v bought on PC i had to manually fix the game in every .cfg file and deal with most horrendous low-res textures (among other things)
I'll just save my PC for PC exclusives or games that actually DO receive special care.

RAGE being the worst example yeah. But a lot of PC ports have low-res shit textures.
PC could've been light-years ahead but those shitty consoles are holding it all back.

Mines been shipped... hope by some miracle I get it early!
