Hey everyone!
I just started a topic about this, since Steam is not answering my tickets...
I have this problem, everytime I try to run Sonic Generations via Steam, a popup comes up with the text: "The Steam client is not running"...
But that doesn't make any sense since I registered it with Steam and tried to run it with Steam...
Does anyone know what I can do about this?
Steam refuses to help me anyway...

restart your steam client (close it from the system tray), and try again. If that won't work, restart your computer.
It takes a while for Valve to answer steam support tickets, be patient.

I tried all of that....re-downloaded the game...restarted pc, restarted steam..
I wish Steam had answered my ticket already... But I'll just have to wait, I suppose.
