Oh I love overly long intros that take up over 20% of the film. /sarcasm

As everyone says, this was pretty damn good until it was completely ruined.

Nice cinematography, good special effects, very good casting, adequate acting.
but FFS! people! being a special effects professional doesn't mean you know how to make movies! Get a script writer FFS!

Lol, I think this way it's better :D , cause otherwise it would be boring as a L4D movie, those actors aren't really great, but the effects are nice.

Well, that could be so, if you dind't take into account the trailer, which seemed to promise some tense fighting and character interaction, and the title.

It it'd been called "epic videogame battle of awesome versus zombies", then okay, it delivered...somewhat.
But everything leading up to the movie was misleading, which caused most viewers to feel betrayed and hate on it.

Still, even if you were right, my previous point remains valid. Special effects people making movies should get a script writer if they wan to make more than a showcase reel.

Umm...

The last part reminded me of that PS3 commercial with all the characters in the bar. Besides the sudden and jarring introduction of ridiculously-unnecessary characters, it was pretty well done.
