What is the actual recipe?? I can't seem to find one close to that at all, and sadly I don't speak viking.
It's pretty straight forward, but I'm wondering what the spices and all he used were and the stuff he made the brown sauce with.

If all else fails I'll just put copious amounts of Cajun spice mix stuff in there. seems to be what everyone here does anyways...
