What is the actual recipe?? I can't seem to find one close to that at all, and sadly I don't speak viking.

It's pretty straight forward, but I'm wondering what the spices and all he used were and the stuff he made the brown sauce with.

I'm no cook that's for sure (I'm using ROSMT as a guide to cooking dinner ), but a few cans of Steel and I'm capable of unheard of levels of drunk cooking mastery. This will be the first time I actually try to make something on purpose.

Any suggestions from HLF's Northerly Europeans?

If all else fails I'll just put copious amounts of Cajun spice mix stuff in there. seems to be what everyone here does anyways...
