Need a new LED monitor.

I have two monitors right now.

My primary monitor is a Viewsonic 24" VX2450WM-LED which I got a year ago.
My second monitor is some brand called Olidata and I have no idea if it's LED or LCD, I'm going to assume it's the latter since I got it five years ago and it only has a VGA port. I think the size is around 17" and the max resolution is 1440x900.

So right now I'd be needing something to replace my second monitor with, it should be the same size as my primary monitor, have HDMI and DVI ports alongside buttons to switch between both modes and preferably cost less than u$250. Does anyone have any ideas?
