Half-Life Fallout: hacked steam account - Half-Life Fallout

So today i went to sign in my usual steam account, and found that the account was lost. i went on to steam support to ask for help and i never recieved a verification email back even though i gave them the correct information. so i made another steam account to ask my tf2 friends what their theory is. they think its probably hacked and chances are it is. if anyone can help me get it back that would be very helpful.

can you request steam to reset your password? Make sure you check your inbox/spam folders to see if it arrived.

Another thing is that steam is notorious for taking time to respond to help requests, you should wait a few days.

i can do that just not finding the account

And as Sui said, Steam support can be slow and it's not uncommon to have to wait a day or several.

yes i did. so hopefully they can change my password and inform me so i can get into my account and personally change it. I have tried doing the ( i know my account name) but for some reason they never send me a verification email for it however i only gave them one email.
