Far Cry 2 Designer To Join Valve (Rumor?)

Here's a little something to whet your outrageous appetite for news related to our benefactors at Valve (silly pun wholly intended). It seems that Clint Hocking (pictured left) who worked previously as a game designer on Far Cry 2 and the Splinter Cell series posted a picture on his twitter feed of his son holding the Valve statuette along with a cryptic message saying "Arrival". This probably means that another brilliant mind is ready to join the forces of awesome at Valve Software and is not a rumor, as it was confirmed a few hours ago by a report on the Computer and Video Games website.

Excellent. Clint was one of the few people with actual talent at UBISOFT.
(I'll just ignore his FAR CRY 2)

Yeah, the final linear 20 minutes were pretty good.
