Mission Improbable, a mod for Half-Life 2: Episode 2, has been released!

It features 4 new levels, tons of new content, a new character and around 2 hours of gameplay.

Looks quite nice, launch trailer isn't all that useful though.

Actually the first two levels had already been released, but not only does this release have the final chapter, it also features a complete reworking of the original.
They've really updated it.

Has some great set pieces, but the creator is a professional level designer. Well worth a play.

EDIT: I have the actual release trailer, OP has the wrong link.

EDIT2: Why won't it embed :whack:

Just started playing this, the work they have done on the rocky faces outdoors is better than what Valve did for Ep2.

Can't say the same for the lighting which often feels overexposed...

Updated the trailer link for you, that trailers a lot better, map design doesn't look out of place and looks really nice too.

Have to agree on that. It seems they went a bit overboard and stuck a depressing atmosphere filter on everything.

Haha, just like in those new movies these days, where they put a blue or brown filter over it to, I don't know why.
Just give me real colors !

Inputing "mat_colorcorrection 0" in the console will improve the coloration.
