Hi, man.

First- This is a fan site. There's nobody from Valve or Steam here, so we have not the capacity to help you. Sorry.

Second- Posting your email, Steam account name and password in the same place is a big mistake. Never ever give out your password online. There's not a single website in the world which will ever request to know your password to retrieve your account. I highly recommend you delete all the personal information you posted there (use the "edit" button).

Third and last- Here's a link to what you need. That's Steam's support page. You need to file a complaint which gives a you support ticket you can follow. They're usually pretty helpful and answer within a day or two.

I hope I helped.

Never ever ever ever ever post a user name and password, not even in the valve forums. I hope no one saw it before I removed it from your post because that is exactly how someone would hijack your account.

Contacting steam support should help you out, and having steam guard enabled would normally stop this from happening.

Someone recently had their steam account hacked, hopefully you can get yours back like he did.

im surprised the account was changed given that valve is now promoting security measures to prevent access from unknown machines. Usually you need to have your email account as well to be able to change any passwords.

Likely he posted his account details & password online and someone took it. The fact that he did so on this site shows that he is too young to understand how the internets work. I think the guy is screwed.
